We’re putting a healthy spin on every kid’s favorite side dish: FRIES. Instead of potatoes, these crunchy green bean “fries” are made with green beans and are baked instead of fried – which requires no oil!
Green beans are packed with vitamin A, K, C and are high in fiber and folic acid. They are also a good source of calcium, phosphorus and potassium. This is a delicious recipe that’s also loaded with nutrients. You may want to make a double batch because we know your whole family will gobble them up!
