Eating Seasonally – Autumn Edition

Healthy Living

Produce at the Farmer’s Markets simply bursts with color during the fall. As the leaves begin to change, varieties of apples, pears and squash begin to fill up the displays in the market. The weather may be more cool but the produce available is bright and hearty! Autumn is a truly special time to try new vegetables and fruits.

To learn more about why eating in season is so good for you (and for the planet!) read our blog post from the summer, Eating Seasonally.
